Victor was very professional from beginning to end and he even made a house call for us on a Sunday. I was very impressed with the service from this company.

Based on recommendations from other homeowners in our area, I called Victor to check out two malfunctioning toilets and several slow drains. He and his assistant David arrived right on time and worked throughout the day, replacing one toilet, fixing the other, clearing all the slow drains, replacing a whole-house filter, and tightening up a kitchen faucet. David explained all of his work, told me how much it would cost, and was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I absolutely will call him for any future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Professional, Friendly, Reasonable. All Star provided a window they would be available, then provided a follow up call to notify me when they would arrive. We don't wear shoes in our house and Victor was happy to slip on painters booties when walking in the house. Quoted a fair price - and stuck to it! I had a slow drain in the bathroom sink, tried to clear the drain myself, and in doing so cracked the washer causing a leak,. Victor cleared out the drain replaced my old washers, cleaned up - Done - Great job! Very friendly and professional! - Definitely recommended, and will call All Star again when need any additional work.

Very professional, didn't try to upswell me in anything, instead gave me pointers on how I can take car of my drain pipes. Kept everything clean and didn't track any dirt onto my carpet. Because of their honesty, they've gained a new customer.

I was very pleased with All Star Plumbing. Victor arrived with the best est. out of the three I had chosen. Victor explained and demonstrated the proceedures he would be doing. The job was completed in one day. There was only a misunderstanding with the removal of tree that was in the area of the work site. I would gladly recommend this company to my family and friends.

All Star plumbing contacted me right away. They showed up on time and fixed the clog quickly, cleaned up, and had no hidden charges. Would use them again for sure!

On time, professional, communicated what the job entailed. The price was established unless there were other difficulties encountered. The crew worked well together and they cleaned up the job site. Would hire them again.

Victor was extremely considerate of keeping my bathroom clean while working. He had to remove the toilet and use the power snake. He made sure he covered the snake housing so no debris would fly off the spinning snake. Also left the place cleaner than when he came in. Worked quickly and respectfully and did a great job.

I had what I thought was a clogged bathtub, but it turns out (can it GET any more embarrassing?) that it was simply a matter of the drain lever not being all the way into the draining position. Even after taking apart the lever apparatus and lubricating it for smoother movement, All Star Plumbing charged me for the service call alone and didn't try to up-sell anything. He was very professional, helpful and nice. Can't ask for more than that! I'm keeping his cool magnetized business card on my fridge. :o)

They will even follow up to check on status of repair. Never had that done before. I will recommend and use this service again.

Victor and his crew are very responsive. They had to install a new gas line. It was a 2 day job. They had to trench through my garden. When they left, you could hardly tell. They do great work and they are nice people.

Great job, this worker came in and took care of business, I like the way he came in and looked over the problem and let me know each step of the way of what he was going to do next, and got the job done.
