Based on recommendations from other homeowners in our area, I called Victor to check out two malfunctioning toilets and several slow drains. He and his assistant David arrived right on time and worked throughout the day, replacing one toilet, fixing the other, clearing all the slow drains, replacing a whole-house filter, and tightening up a kitchen faucet. David explained all of his work, told me how much it would cost, and was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I absolutely will call him for any future plumbing and HVAC needs.

All Star and its owner Victor are amazing. I had a problem with the ducted mini-split heat pump in a home I recently bought. Victor advised me perfectly on replacing that heat pump with a new one. He guided me in selecting a replacement heat pump, answered all my questions throughout the process, and did an excellent job on installing the new heat pump. He is totally honest, knowledgeable, and affordable.

Sam and Jose did a great job fixing my tankless water heater. Fast, polite, knowledgeable, reassuring, and trustworthy. Victor set a good price and provided good communication via text. You might not get a response immediately, but just be a little patient. These guys are so much better than a previous plumber, who was pushing me to replace the whole thing at a ridiculous price. They are certified with Noritz, and they know what they're doing. So grateful to have hot water again! Will definitely go to them the next time I need service.

Victor and his crew are my go to plumbers. I’ve had plenty of emergency issues and Victor always finds a way to save me no matter how busy he is. He always responds right away when I contact him. They are professional, personable, always clean up after themselves, do careful and quality work.

I have not had occasion to use them for hvac but I’m sure their hvac services are just as good.

I know I’ve recommended Victor and his guys at All Star Plumbing before but I need to add to it.

They just successfully opened a drain-this was no ordinary stoppage-it was way way far down and had no opening in the pipe even for a power snake. The house was built in 1966 and I’m guessing the build up was that long in the making.

Any other plumber would have resorted to jack hammering my lower level to access the problem area which Victor said might be necessary. But Victor did not give up.

He and Sam gave it one last try 👏🏻 and saved me from the headache and expense of digging up the foundation.

His persistence, knowledge and dedication to his customers is outstanding.

I hired Victor because he was very professional and polite, respectful. He explained what he was going to do, gave me ideas if I wanted to replace some pipes in the future and was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him and would gladly call him back if I have any more plumbing problems.

Victor was extremely considerate of keeping my bathroom clean while working. He had to remove the toilet and use the power snake. He made sure he covered the snake housing so no debris would fly off the spinning snake. Also left the place cleaner than when he came in. Worked quickly and respectfully and did a great job.

Victor is amazing. Our AC died on the Sunday of a three-day weekend and in the middle of a heatwave. I called on a Sunday evening and he was able to squeeze us in the very next day. He was fantastic! Efficient, professional, explained the problem and solution in layman’s terms for me, and was very reasonably priced. Plus he followed all Covid safety standards. Highly recommend him and plan to give him a call when it’s time to clean out the AC filters as the weather changes.

They will even follow up to check on status of repair. Never had that done before. I will recommend and use this service again.

I was very pleased with All Star Plumbing. Victor arrived with the best est. out of the three I had chosen. Victor explained and demonstrated the proceedures he would be doing. The job was completed in one day. There was only a misunderstanding with the removal of tree that was in the area of the work site. I would gladly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Victor and his crew are very responsive. They had to install a new gas line. It was a 2 day job. They had to trench through my garden. When they left, you could hardly tell. They do great work and they are nice people.

Hands down the best service we’ve ever experienced. Sam came out and saved the day. He was punctual, honest, polite and professional. He quickly discovered and solved the problem, installing a much needed shut off/ pressure relief valve. Gee ~ didn’t realized we’ve been using All Star Plumbing for 10+ years, time really flies ~ Victor and his team are very responsive, fair pricing, professional and honest. We’ve been using them for all our plumbing issues, replaced vertical and horizonal pipes, gas pipes, tankless water heater and recently replaced a whole new AC unit.
